She was really kind to talk too, all of my concerns were answered. The only thing was everything was empty like the water ect but that’s probably normal , we used this RV to drive not to camp so i was unaware that you need to actually hook it up to use the electricity in the cabin which is user error and not enough research on my end 😂😂She was very kind and offered to refund the entire trip before i went on the road which is very kind given the policy. I was worried because some reviews are awful but nothing is broken nor was her communication poor. she was very flexible and also allowed us to extend our trip. This is my families first time ever being in a RV let alone renting one, i can honestly say it’s 5 stars. Now the RV isn’t on the newer side so it’s not super fancy but it’s been well kept up with and looks nice. She knew my children would be on the RV driving in hot weather for 18hours+, she put a portable AC unit in there which was also super kind.
Honest overall
She went above and beyond. Rv is clean and durable. Now we never hooked it up or filled with water or used the generator or really slept in it so that i cannot review. Drivability was great, comfort was great and the storage is great. Everything was cleaned, she even left snacks for us. Overall rating of Eva is 10/10 and an overall rating of the RV is a 8/10 only because of things i wasn’t aware of not on the RV part or the owner.
