This was our first experience in an RV, and Austin made everything easy. He sent me a series of videos that showed us how everything worked and things were just as described. It was really nice to have a host who was responsive and friendly and available to answer questions.

David communicated well! Came at to set up at the time determined. Showed us around the camper and how things worked. Later that evening when I had trouble with the remote control, which sadly only operated the TV not the DVD player, he was available to explain. The bathroom door in the hall was difficult to open and close… and late that evening it came off the top 2 screws of the hinge. Notifying David the following morning, my options were he stated to have them pick the camper back up for a refund or he’d drive out to repair it and take that out of my deposit. Because we were camping among friendly skilled (with tools) musicians that wasn’t necessary. Bathroom door up and operational before midday our second day! Camper well stocked with necessary items above and beyond expected! We all slept comfortably, air conditioning and heating worked well! Had a difficulty keeping HOT water flowing if you wanted to take a shower—would get hot and then be cold in seconds. Two kitchen refrigerators really nice feature. Camper exit screen door sticking/hard getting open. Overall very pleasant and comfortable stay however!

Host excellent. They did everything they promised. They did not have to deliver because I had to cancel do to a family emergency. I understood the cancellation policy. I still paid for delivery.
