Ryan was fantastic. The camper was extremely clean and cute inside. Everything I needed was supplied, although I had come prepared. I was also very impressed with the water pressure as you’d expect to have a low pressure shower or sink. This camper did not. Ryan was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Overall a great first stay and I would book again!

The RV rental experience from Eddie and CNY RV was excellent. The RV was meticulously clean and neat when we picked it up. Eddie was very helpful getting us setup, explaining all the systems, and giving rookies like us lots of advice and tips. They were there for us when we had an issue with the electrical system, and drove over 2 hours to our campground to diagnose and replace a part (on a Sunday). They did the repair while we were off on a day trip, and had things all fixed that afternoon. I can't say enough about that level of customer service, which is becoming more and more rare these days.

The Ortiz’s RV was comfortable and clean. It was also well appointed with all the things you need to camp. I also had them deliver it to my campsite and they were both professional and patient. I would highly recommend renting this RV!
