Fully Equipped RV with a slide-out in great condition with all the comforts of home located in Springfield (Burlington County). The RV includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, basic pots and pans, toilet paper, hand soap and queen bed linens only. Will also include four camping chairs and an outdoor mat. Sleeps up to 8 people with loft bed, a sofa bed, dinette convertible bed, and a queen bed. Interior options include a 40-inch TV, DVD/BluRay player, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop and oven. Second TV newly installed in bedroom, bring your own streaming device or rent ours. A full awning with outdoor lighting is a nice addition.We can adjust pickup and drop-off timing to work best for both our schedules and discuss prior to rental period.What's includedEquipment includes:

Other things to note1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV.
2. Please return the RV in the same condition as delivered. You will not be charged optional fees if all tasks are performed including full gas tank, grey and black water tanks emptied and flushed out. RV should also be cleaned including surfaces wiped down, floor swept, appliances cleaned and bathroom fixtures cleaned. No mopping.
3. No off-road travels permitted.
4. No roof access permitted.
5. Please only use biodegradable RV bath tissue. No flushing of any other items.
6. Towing will only be allowed with authorization by owner.
7. The air conditioning, heater, generator, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly. For assistance, you are advised to consult with ownership of any issues that arise.
8. If any items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion.
9. Renters will contact owner with any problems that occur during the rental period.
10. Tolls must be paid by renter. Please bring EZPass or cash to make payments. Any tolls not paid by renter is subject to a $50 fee for each toll.
11. Please no overnight boondocking as it puts wear and tear on the electrical system.
12. Minimum age of 25 for rental.
