- cleaning/prep fee ($125) charged at time of booking: includes preparing the rental unit by sanitizing interior and cleaning exterior, full propane tank, starter kit of supplies.
** A fee of $50 will be charged to de-winterize for water use during winter month rentals**
*it is the renters responsibility to make sure RV is returned reasonably clean. If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100.
*Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added.
* Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added.Long distance travel- depending on total miles you will be driving, an oil change may be required.Please factor in about 45 min for walk through and showing you how everything operates on day of pick up.* We do not provide linens/towels/pillows.Other things to notePlease note the following rules:
* No smoking
* No pets
* No festivals
Tailgating is allowed upon approval.
