The hosts were easy to reach and responded quickly every time. The instructions for using the vehicle were very helpful and detailed. The return process was very simple and straightforward. The van is clean, comfortably furnished, and a pleasure to drive. The third sleeping spot is just barely usable for an adult man, but the third seat with a seatbelt is very impractical and uncomfortable. All in all, however, the trip with the vehicle and the experience with the hosts were very good, and the minor inconveniences for those using the third sleeping and seating areas did not detract from the wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

This is the second time I’ve rented a trailer from Outdoorsy. The first time it was fine but not great due to the lack of knowledge of the trailer owner. This time, it was an excellent experience. Marc is an exceptional host and I’ll be booking with him again. He was amazing about an answering all of my questions before the trip. He was so flexible with Delivery and pick up. The trailer had everything we needed. The last time I rented, I had to run to the store to buy basic supplies, but Marc’s trailer was fully stocked. Super comfortable beds and a beautiful trailer.
