Easy RV recipes: Cowboy coffee

Well, howdy! If you’re looking for a coffee recipe before hitting the desert trails, you’ve come to the right place. We have the perfect coffee concoction straight from the Wild Wild West — cowboy coffee.

All you need is:

• ground coffee
• water
• a pot
• a coffee mug fit for a cowboy

So, put on your cowboy hat and follow these 4 steps:

1. Boil water (200° Fahrenheit is the ideal temperature) and pour into a coffee mug
2. Add a spoonful of coffee grounds (1 spoon for every 8 ounces of water) and stir
3. Let the grounds settle for 10 minutes, stirring periodically
4. Sip and say “yeehaw!”
