The bedroom features a King size bed with usb hookup and plenty of room. The closet area is plentiful with 2 separate locations for hanging items and a stackable washer dryer! The master bedroom also has it’s own private bathroom with a larger shower and sitting area. Moving to the kitchen and living area you will come across a coffee bar, huge pantry, and island. The kitchen also boasts an ice maker, 4 chair dinette table, and residential sized refrigerator, microwave, and oven. The living area has theater seating, large smart TV, and fire place. After that you move into the second living/bunk area of the unit that has a full size fold out bed, two bunks, smart tv, and it’s own Full private bathroom also. Lastly, outside has two awnings to keep the entire side of the unit shaded, an outdoor entry for guests to use restroom, and an awesome outdoor kitchen for entertainment!! Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
