Can’t say enough good things! This was a very last minute emergency rental and Fireside was amazing! Very responsive, helpful and easy to work with! We needed to transport a family member across 3 states from the hospital to another facility near us and this was a great option. Room to rest while we traveled, everything worked great on our 1100 mile journey! The unit was still winterized because it is March in Nebraska so we made due without the bathroom and sink but again thank you Fireside!! Would absolutely rent from them again!

We had a great experience with Fireside RV! The pickup process was smooth and easy from start to finish, and all directions for pickup and return were clearly communicated in the agreement, which made everything even more convenient. The rental costs and fees were also transparent, with no surprises. Even though I was already familiar with staying in an RV, Rob still took the time to walk me through everything, which I really appreciated. The RV itself was clean and came stocked with all the RV essentials we needed. While we were on the road, we had a few questions and reached out to Rob—he responded quickly and was very helpful. The return process was just as simple and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be renting from them again for our next camping adventure!

Great RV and George at Fireside RV Rental was great to work with. We were running behind and he was super patient with us, made sure we knew how the camper worked, and was always very responsive. Overall it was a great experience!

Daniel and wife were very friendly and did everything perfect, even with a late delivery but not their fault. ;). I would recommend them for any delivery. They went over everything with us and left extra stuff for comfort.

Very professional RV rental service. Drop off and pick up went smoothly, The sitting area of this RV is super convenient and feels like a lot of space. Having the shelf by each side of the bed is really helpful.

The original RV host called me on my way to the event and said there was a mechanical issue with teh awning and therefore can't deliver it. This was quite the predicament since we were 7 hours into the drive. I get that issues come up but the host shouldn't have waited until the last minute to check the working condition of the RV. On a good note the Outdoorsy concierge did a great job of working to find me another last minute. The new host Fireside RV rental couldn't have been nicer. The RV wasn't what we originally had but we made it work.

We were very happy with your service. The camper was very clean and had everything we had discussed prior to delivery. Miguel delivered the camper to our site and showed us how to hook it up to our generator. He showed us how to use the A/C, heat, shower, and awning. He answered every question and they were easy to communicate with by phone during the rental time.

working with Monica was fantastic she is a real dedicated host she made sure everything was perfect on her end and I made sure I helped her and every way I could. everything about this week was just perfect I can't wait to call her again and said I need a camper it was such a fantastic time really just can't express enough words of thanks to her she is just a super agent just everything about her work is perfect

Requesting this RV on short notice was quickly accepted and Richard was very responsive as well as courteous. Rental process was very pain free. The rental RV was tidy, accommodating and handled well. Some minor issues were addressed with Richard who assisted greatly and assured us not to worry about the issues. Easiest rental return I have ever done.
