Owner attempted to charge additional fees for water and sewer that weren't disclosed or authorized. Upon delivery, the driver crashed into the electric tower and a tree, knocking out power to multiple sites, nearly causing a fire, and destroying state property. Then overnight we discovered a significant leak that completely soaked my sleeping child. Owner attempted to resolve via text, which revealed that the slide out had not been properly set up. However, fixing that still didn't stop the leak and we had another wet night, with dirty water streaming into my cooler as a bucket. There were a large number of carpenter ants present, which tells me there's been water/rot going on for some time and the leak isn't new.

Perfect size, easy to maneuver, very functional. Natasha and Ricky were very thorough in explaining the details, graciously allowed us to pick up the RV early, and allowed us extra time to return it (CAUTION: other bookings may make this impossible--we were fortunate). In addition, we called on Sunday from Ginnie Springs because one of the slides was not functioning, and within a matter of hours Natasha and Ricky had located a service company who came out and fixed the problem.

My wife and I wanted to rent an R. V um did so through outdoorsy and fireside, and the experience with the people from fireside. Especially, it was fantastic. The only thing that I would raise as an alert is that the rv we were supposed to use was return damaged from another person and we were unable to use it. And did not find out until the day before, we were supposed to get it.
