The drop off and setup service was amazing.
The camper was perfect. Everything looked and worked like it was brand new.
Perfect for our dogs to relax in and have their own space.
It made our trip perfect!

The rental with the insurances and setting up fees is way more than you would expect to rent a RV. Receipt shown. The hot water was out as soon as we arrived. We called the service number and the franchise owner of Lake St. Louis with no results. The owner would not approve for someone to come out and look at the on demand water heater to which he knew was having problems.|I asked for 50% back and 50% of the RENTAL charge was refunded. It was still $1675 for 5 nights with no hot water! That was with a 50% refund which only was on the renting portion. I could have rented a whole house from airbnb for half that with 2 functional bathrooms with hot water. On top of the charges, there is a refundable $1,000 deposit hold that could remain on your credit card for up to 14 days! The cost to rent a RV is extremely outrageous. Does the customer have to pay $350 to insure for 5 days? Doesn't the owner carry insurance? Why am I being charged for the camper to be cleaned before I rent it? And, it wasn't clean! The floor hadn't been mopped and there were literally cobwebs in the couch! I paid $69 for insurance if we caused damages. That extra insurance charge for the basic protection package is $322.24 and I paid $69 for damage protection.

Natasha and her husband were great to work with and allowed us to come see the van prior to renting. Van was stocked with essentials with option to rent other items if needed. They were also very thorough going over how to properly utilize the equipment on/in the van.

The camper van was in pristine condition and comfortably accommodated 2 adults in the foldout bed, and 2 children, who slept in the pop-up above. We didn't use the kitchen or bathroom, since we were at a site that had adequate restroom facilities, and we enjoy cooking outside. However, the large sized fridge/freezer was fantastic, especially since we were hosting 20 people for Thanksgiving at our campsite. Our hosts were great with the delivery and setup, and thoroughly explained all the features of the van. We would definitely be happy to rent this camper van again.

Very accommodating and the camper was lovely. Very clean. Delivered on time and completely set-up for easy move-in. Very prompt in responding to questions or concerns. We only opted for one additional add-on and that was linens. However I would not recommend getting the linen add-on option. Most of the towels were stained and some of the sheets had black pet hair on them. We were able to wash them but definitely not worth the cost if you have to wash them before using. Suggest you bring clean linens from home.

We rented an RV from Fireside Rental to host five relatives from two different families over Thanksgiving, and it worked out perfectly. The layout gave the adults separate bedrooms while the kids loved sleeping in the loft, so everyone had privacy and plenty of comfort. The extra refrigerator space was a huge bonus with all the holiday food we had to store.

Absolutely seamless process and the RV was excellent. Joe was awesome for delivery and set up and Richard was super quick to respond when we had a question. I would absolutely recommend Fireside and hope to be able to rent from them again next year.
