My husband, toddler, and I recently rented this sprinter van for a camping road trip around Vancouver Island, BC. From the moment we got the confirmation email, Yun was so communicative and responsive. We had never rented a vehicle for camping and were flying to Seattle to pick it up and continue on from there, so we had questions about what was included, what we needed to bring, etc. He answered all of them cheerfully and quickly. He also had good suggestions for where we might be able to rent a car seat (BabyQuip, if anyone is looking!).

We had an amazing time with the van. There was never a minute where there was something I felt like we needed that the van did not have. The host was very easy to work with and very laid-back. We took the van off the grid camping and I’m sure there’s very few things that this van could not handle as far as terrain and weather go.

The van is awesome, and Danielle makes the entire rental process incredibly easy. We had a fantastic trip—the van was easy to drive, very clean, and stocked with lots of thoughtful amenities. I would definitely rent from Danielle again!
