We loved our first experience renting from Outdoorsy. Jesse was quick to respond to all our messages and went over set up of the camper when we picked it up. They were very flexible to our pick up and return as well. We will rent from them again!

We had an overall positive experience with this trailer rental. If you plan to 'boondock' with this trailer, be aware that the battery does not hold charge and the water heater draws a lot of electricity even when it is put on LP gas. The water heater would trip our brand new 8200W generator (6000W running) even when everything else was powered off and water heater was on LP gas draw. We ended up turning off the breaker for the water heater, using cold water only, and having to run our generator continuously to power lights, keep the fridge running (needs some power from battery when on LP gas to run properly), and avoid the smoke alarm chirping all night. Our original hope of only running the generator when we wanted AC to conserve fuel was not a reality. This trailer is older and the dining cushions should probably be reupholstered as they were flaking off a bit, sticking to our legs and skin. Bed was comfy and linens were nice. We had all the plates and cookware we could have wanted, minus a can opener. We did not use the bunks, but the sizing and storage was good for 2 people.
