Hi Kristen, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in your experience. As far as drop off goes, I did let you know upfront I would be there around 5:30 originally and you said that was fine and not a problem. I do apologize for delivering the camper late at 6:30. I got caught up at work as I have a full time job. If I am made aware ahead of time you have an earlier preference I will do my best to get as close to your preferred drop off time as possible. The “damage” that you mentioned did not effect the camper what so ever. You had asked me if there were any previous damage on the camper before you took it over. I told you yes that the previous renter accidentally extended the slide out into an electric hook up post and dented the exterior of the slide but that it is cosmetic and there was no issues with function. I am sorry to hear you did not feel it was level during your stay. I asked you before I left how it felt and you agreed it was good. When you messaged me you felt it was unlevel I did offer to come out and re-level the camper for you as I wanted you to have a great experience but you denied the offer.Speaking for another camper’s experience is upsetting to hear. The other camper that you mentioned actually used all of the propane and did not switch tanks to the second full one that was provided. There was never a broken water heater. Unfortunately they did not communicate the problem with me until pickup or I could have easily and quickly helped in this situation as well. Once the tank was switched hot water was readily available. As always if they were not sure how to fix the issue and communicated this with me, I would have been there asap to help if we were not able to resolve the issues via text/call first which could have been achieved. The camper is serviced twice a year from our local rv shop to ensure we can provide the best experience possible for our renters.
