This trailer is lightweight and easy to use as it has no slide outs. The inside features plenty of sleep options including oversize bunk beds, a dinette and sofa conversion along with a bedroom with a door up front that contains a king size bed with an updated 3" foam/gel mattress cover. The dinette table is oversize and will comfortably fit 4 adults. The bathroom has a toilet and shower with the sink located just outside the bathroom. There is also a nice size refrigerator with full kitchen amenities including a sink, microwave, stove top and oven. The kitchen comes complete with all your cooking and eating needs including a single-serve Keurig (bring your own pods). You also have a centralized tv with an Amazon Firestick hooked up (you do need internet service for it to work; we typically use our personal hotspot).On the outside, you have an automatic awning with lights along with outdoor speakers. The sound system can play radio stations or connect through Bluetooth technology. There is also a small outdoor kitchen that includes a griddle for cooking as well as mini fridge to keep from having to constantly run inside the camper for a cold drink. Finally, there is extra storage that is accessed from both sides and one side does include an "outside shower" (hose attachment).This trailer is filled with great amenities, is easy to pull (weight distribution hitch with sway bars available for use if needed at no additional cost) and will help you make wonderful memories during your ultimate outdoor adventure trip!What's includedCookware for inside and outside kitchen. Plates, bowls, cups, utensils along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Basic cleaning supplies for kitchen and floors are also included. A beginning supply of paper products is also included (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). Bicycle, boat rentals and stand up paddle boards are also available on site (https://www.greatparks.org/parks/miami-whitewater-forest).Right outside of Batesville is Indian Lakes campground (KOA & Thousand Trails) with some great amenities including pools/splashpad, lake, dock with water slide, golfing, sand volleyball, basketball, mini golf, fishing and more. Jason and his wife went above and beyond again. Second time renting, and can't wait for the third. Quick response, clean and all the amenities you could need. Pull up, unload your gear and kick back and relax. Made the long weekend that much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The RV was excellent for our long weekend. The RV was very clean and in great condition. Jason was extremely nice and showed us everything when he delivered the RV to our site. We had a very enjoyable weekend.

Typically, we are very flexible with our drop off and pick up times. As long as we are available and it is the same day, there is no extra cost.
