We sanitize all surfaces, items, and do a deep cleaning after pickup.Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV, just keep it outside. No cleaning of fish or other wildlife in RV. Remove all trash and clean up any spills.We also have a 30amp super quiet Predator generator that will power the whole unit. Available upon request, see add ons.We typically don’t allow pets, but occasionally make exceptions (we love our dogs, but rarely take them camping with us as some parks are very restrictive).

5The host was very kind and thorough on the set up and where everything was and how to operate all the camper items. Although there were a few minor maintenance items, the camper experience was awesome, and I would rent from this host again.

5Todd’s RV was perfect for our float trip! He had everything set up and ready for us with the AC blasting which felt amazing! Was always available to answer questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and use again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are SUPER flexible and will do all we can to accommodate your specific needs. We typically can have it all setup and ready before you arrive. It has a keypad/code lock on the door, so no need for key swap (or keeping up with them). Check out is super simple; we just ask that you: 1. Please clean all used dishes. 2. Take out trash. 3. Pile used sheets/ towels under the bottom bunk. 4. And lock it up. We take care of everything else. Todd & Adrienne
