Delivery includes setup, leveled, hooked up and ready to enjoy camper. We sanitize all surfaces, items, and do a deep cleaning after pickup.Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV, just keep it outside. No cleaning of fish or other wildlife in RV. 4.0We appreciated the communication and professionalism of renting this RV. Our main complaint was that the outdoor kitchen was not usable due to how dirty it was. It honestly looked like it had never been cleaned. That was a huge disappointment for me, because having an outdoor kitchen was my first priority in choosing an RV. Todd was very nice and the RV was fine otherwise.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are SUPER flexible and will do all we can to accommodate your specific needs. We typically can have it all setup and ready before you arrive. It has a keypad/code lock on the door, so no need for key swap (or keeping up with them). Check out is super simple; we just ask that you: 1. Please clean all used dishes. 2. Take out trash. 3.
