In 2007, as first-generation immigrants, we came to the United States with our seven-year-old child, beginning a brand-new chapter in our lives. There is an old Chinese saying: “Read ten thousand books, travel ten thousand miles.” Inspired by this philosophy, we discovered RV travel soon after arriving in America and quickly fell in love with this unique way of exploring the world. Over the past 19 years, an RV has become far more than just a vehicle—it has been our family’s home on the road, a classroom without walls, and a place where we have shared countless unforgettable memories together. Our family continued to grow with the arrival of three more children in 2008, 2011, and 2012. More than a decade ago, the day we took the Oath of Allegiance and became U.S. citizens remains one of the most emotional moments of our lives. This free, welcoming, and authentic country has given our family countless opportunities, while also reminding us to treasure every moment we spend together. In 2019, we purchased our very first RV—a Thor Four Winds 23U. During the pandemic, while many families stayed home, we traveled across America in our RV, visiting countless national parks, coastlines, mountain ranges, and charming small towns throughout 42 states. Our children learned on the road, grew through nature, and developed a much broader understanding of the world through these experiences.During our free time, we began sharing our RV with other families who also loved traveling, and we were grateful to receive many wonderful reviews. As our experience grew, so did our fleet—from six classic Thor Four Winds motorhomes to a Golf Stream Conquest, a Coachmen Leprechaun, and most recently a Class A Coachmen Pursuit. Today, we own nine RVs of different sizes and floorplans and have been operating our RV rental business for more than seven years. After nearly two decades of RV travel, we’ve encountered just about every situation imaginable. Those years of experience allow us to confidently help our guests before, during, and after every trip. Every RV receives regular preventative maintenance, including engine and generator servicing, while tires, brakes, and all major safety systems are kept in excellent condition. We believe that a safe, reliable RV is the foundation of a memorable vacation.Over the years, we’ve realized that the greatest joy of RV travel isn’t the RV itself—it’s the time families spend together.Although the living space is modest, it brings everyone closer. Families cook together, clean together, play games, tell stories, and watch sunsets and star-filled skies together. Away from the distractions of everyday life and electronic devices, conversations become more meaningful, relationships grow stronger, and precious family memories are created naturally.Looking back, we truly believe RV travel played an important role in our children’s upbringing. While it may not have determined who they became, it certainly helped them develop broader perspectives, stronger independence, greater adaptability, and the confidence to embrace unfamiliar environments.Over the years, those experiences quietly shaped our children’s futures. They pursued their own passions and achieved goals they worked hard for. Some went on to study Economics, Computer Science, and Data Science at UC Berkeley. Another received a four-year full scholarship to Stanford University to study AI and Brain Science. Others have represented their teams at the national level in figure skating and volleyball. Every child followed a different path, but we believe their years of reading, traveling, and experiencing life on the road helped build the curiosity, resilience, and confidence that continue to serve them today. As parents, we ourselves were not educated in the United States. When we first arrived, everything was new to us. We learned slowly, adapted step by step, and even today we still speak English with noticeable accents. Yet our children continued to grow, pursue their dreams, and achieve their goals. Looking back, we believe that books, travel, and nearly two decades of RV adventures helped broaden their horizons, strengthen their independence, and give our family priceless memories that can never be replaced. As your hosts, we offer much more than simply an RV—we hope to provide a safe, relaxing, and unforgettable travel experience. Every trip matters deeply to us. For us, working with RVs is part of everyday life, but for many guests, this may be a once-in-a-lifetime adventure or the most important family vacation they’ll ever take. That’s why we’re always happy to offer generous flexibility whenever possible and have never charged extra simply because guests needed a little additional time for pickup or return.Whether you’re planning your very first RV adventure or you’re already an experienced RVer, we’re always happy to share everything we’ve learned over the past 19 years. From trip planning to RV operation and support during your journey, we’re here whenever you need us.We hope this RV will accompany your family just as it has accompanied ours for the past 19 years—helping you explore beautiful places, create unforgettable adventures, and make memories that will last a lifetime.Because we truly believe that life’s greatest education doesn’t happen only in classrooms. The most valuable gift isn’t the destination—it’s the time spent together along the way. Children grow up much faster than we ever imagine, but the memories created during family journeys become treasures that will last forever.Welcome aboard, and we wish you safe travels and unforgettable adventures! What's included• MoreRecommendations1. I have dealt with RVs for 15 years and have learned many valuable lessons. The three important things about a RV are: the dimensions, the number of fresh water tanks, and the number of beds it has. Many national parks have narrow roads and the small parking lots prohibit any vehicles more than 25 feet to park or drive through. My RV is precisely 24.83 feet, meaning it’s suitable for most national parks. Most RVs’ water tanks hold around 20-25 gallons of fresh water, but my RV holds 50 gallons. It’s perfect for dry camping. Before every trip, I always make sure the water is fresh and new. My RV has 3 beds - one wide king size, one queen size, and one twin size. It also has 4 different kinds of power - engine, propane, generator, electric inside.
