About Qingming 's RV rentals

I have dealt with RVs for 15 years and have learned many valuable lessons. The three important things about a RV are: the dimensions, the number of fresh water tanks, and the number of beds it has. Many national parks have narrow roads and the small parking lots prohibit any vehicles more than 25 feet to park or drive through. My RV is precisely 24.83 feet, meaning it’s suitable for most national parks. Most RVs’ water tanks hold around 20-25 gallons of fresh water, but my RV holds 50 gallons. It’s perfect for dry camping. Before every trip, I always make sure the water is fresh and new. My RV has 3 beds - one wide king size, one queen size, and one twin size. It also has 4 different kinds of power - engine, propane, generator, electric inside.

The host is a great guy. Being that it was our first time renting an RV he took good care of us. Easy going and honest. Would definitely use his services again.

We had the worst experience with this rental. First we were delayed receiving the RV. We were told we would have it by 2pm but we did not get it till 6pm due to the fact that it was getting serviced, we finally received it only to discover when we arrived to our destination that the AC in rv does not work. He told us to call a service tech so we did only to find out the whole compressor was shot and he did not want to pay what it was going to cost not to mention we had to pay $150 service fee. He proceeds to tell us to sleep with the car running. I called outdoorsy and filed a complaint as that can be so dangerous for my family. Then on our way home the AC in the dash of the rv started going out the whole way home it went in and out. The entire time he choose to ignore any txt msg I sent. He picked up the rv and waited no time taking $ from my deposit but did not want to refund me anything for all of my inconvenience. He definitely is not a 4 star service. I would not recommend renting from him!!!

We rented this RV for an anniversary which did not turn up at all as I expected. The owner was nice and responsive, but the RV was very old and beat up. The lock on the main door was not working. We had to get in and out of the RV climbing over the passenger seat, the cover from the stove was missing and the top of the stove was rattling like crazy while driving. The fridge was extremely smelly and rusted inside, the sink was dirty and smelly, the seat belts on the dinette were missing and the whole rig seemed to fall apart while going over 50 miles per hour. We only rented for two days, we didn’t even sleep in it, we did not use the fridge, or the stove, but upon return the owner charged me for fresh linens and for propane. He did give me 50%off the linens and the propane, but I feel he should not have charged us at all after paying over $1000 for a beat up RV. Our anniversary weekend, which should have been enjoyable, was a missed opportunity due to this RV rental.

Had a great time, and the experience was easy as could be. No surprises, well except how expensive it is to fill up the tank of an RV, but that had nothing to do with Qingming, he was awesome.
