The van drove great, felt solid and safe, with ample power for steep slopes. It features a comfy bed, spacious shower, 1UP bike rack, and efficient furnace. Minor issues were an inaccurate grey tank gauge and fridge turning off near the water pump.

5.0Had an awesome time renting Jason’s Sprinter. He was super chill and flexible with pickup and drop-off, which made everything feel really smooth and low stress. He was also quick to to respond when we ran into a small electrical hiccup at the campsite. He got back to us right away with a fix. The van itself drove great. Felt solid and safe the whole time. Since it was just me, my wife, and our small dog, Jason suggested taking out the bench seat, and that ended up being a great move. It opened up a ton of space and we were even able to set up our camping table inside. The bed was really comfy, and the shower was bigger than expected for a van. The bike rack was a nice bonus too. I originally planned to bring my own, but seeing the 1UP rack already mounted was a great surprise. Our bikes felt super secure on it. Only small things I’d mention: leveling blocks would be a nice add, especially for slightly uneven campsites. And maybe a few extra hooks or storage pockets. But honestly, the van works really well as-is. Would definitely rent from Jason again. Thanks again for a great trip!

5.0We had pretty much a carefree experience. Everything was provided including all necessary utensils, bowls and plates, cooktop, propane, electrical extension cords. The lithium batteries provided plenty of power; it never went below 70%. The furnace was efficient and kept the inside warm while the outside was in the low 40s. The van had plenty of power, even on long steep slopes. The only hiccups we had was the grey tank gauge was inaccurate and the refrigerator sometimes turns off when the water pump was turned on. Jason responded to our messages quickly and the pickup/return process was quick. Overall it was a great experience!

5.0This was our first time RV camping. Jason made the whole process from pick-up, learning how to use the RV, to drop-off really easy. Jason’s RV worked out great, lots of nice features and easy to drive. It was really great taking our dogs with us too. Thanks Jason for an amazing experience.
