Ready for your next adventure? We are here to make your experience great! Welcome to our freshly remodeled RV. This easy to drive RV has 7 seatbelts and comfortably sleeps about 6 people. It has cruise control, backup camera, Bluetooth, and AM/FM. The A\C & heater, and water heater work great. The kitchen comes with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, stove, and countertop space for prepping food. We fully equipped the kitchen with pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, plates, bowls, cups, utensils for eating and cooking. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a door for privacy. The over the cab bunk is a queen size bed and the couch in the living room holds out into a bed to accommodate 2 kids or 1 adult. We provide each bed with fresh clean set of sheets, 2 pillows, and a blanket. We also provide bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels. A folding table, camping chairs and outdoor rug is included as well. Please use RV toilet paper only! Do not flush baby wipes or cleaning wipes down the toilet because that will damage the system. The shower and sink drains are meant for water mixed with soap, and/or toothpaste. Please place food scraps in to trash. This is a non-smoking vehicle, you can lose your deposit if it comes back smelling like smoke.Here is what you need to know:-Pick Up at 3 pm (unless other arrangements are made)-Drop Off at 12 pm (unless other arrangements are made)-Delivery available upon request with a fee: $4.20/mile (minimum fee of $100)***Fuel refill service fee: $40 (only charged if gas or propane tanks are not returned full)***Required Dump Fee: $75 (will be taken from your deposit)Required Cleaning Fee: $200 (will be taken from your deposit). What's includedBedding, blankets, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, paper towels, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, knifes, utensils, pots/pans, mixing/storage bowls with lids, cutting board, tea kettle, coffee maker, dish soap, RV toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, dish sponge, powder holding tank deodorizer, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, outdoor fold out table, 6 camping chairs, outdoor rug, card game. We had a great experience in the RV. Very communicative and nice hosts, very well maintained and comfortable RV. Though we did not need to use many features such as the generator or the awning or the warm shower, everything that we used was working smoothly. The only thing I might think to change was the fuel efficiency! (But I should’ve expected it to be a gas guzzler). Thank you for a great experience!

We absolutely LOVED the RV. Everything is working perfectly: the drive was smooth, the AC unit worked perfectly, the water was warm, the fridge and freezer cold, bedding super comfortable. We were also blown away by how well-stocked the kitchen was. Zhanna and Wes were lovely, welcoming, generous and super responsive at all times. The perfect trip!!
