First time renting and RV and also first time camping! Drove to meet our son hiking the PCT and it was perfect to haul him and his hiker friends around. Owners made it so easy to pick up and drop off. Had a full tank of gas and was ready to go. We did purchase some extra blankets along the way and also used our own towels/washcloths.

The host was very kind at first until after the rental. She charged me twice for the cleaning fee when the RV was very dirty when we received it. I dripped water on the floor and went to wipe it up and made mud. The pictures provided in the listing are old because the RV is a lot older in person. It was not fully stocked. The refrigerator did not work and ruined our food. The freezer worked so he kept some food in there that ended up freezing. There were no screens on some of the windows, allowing bugs to come in. Everything squeaks when in moving.
Drivers door sounds like it’s going to break when opening and closing it.
Drawers open when driving. It was a chore rather than a vacation. Host would not return messages after charging another cleaning fee and dump fee when she sends you a video to do it yourself.

We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. we wish you had contacted us during your trip regarding any concerns, as we would have gladly worked to resolve them immediately. Many of the items mentioned, such as the age of the RV are accurately reflected in the listing, and the RV has been enjoyed by many others guests. We'd also like to clarify that the cleaning fee was not charged twice. The standard cleaning fee was included in the booking. Before each rental, we send a detailed videos explaining how to operate the RV, and many of our guests have shared that these videos are extremely helpful and make their trip much easier. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.

RV was fine but Zannah is a wonderful host, explaining everything, being quick to answer questions and concerns, etc! I would rent again from her in a heartbeat!

We had a great time in the RV! We had a campout wedding near Tahoe, and our rig was definitely the biggest one at the event. All the major components works great, zero smells in the bathroom, and the bed is SUPER comfy! Thanks!

What a clean RV. Everything worked as listed. It had all the amenities listed as well. Easy pick-up and drop-off location. Zhana and husband was a pleasure to work with. I’d consider renting with them again!!

It was a comfortable trip. Our motorhome was thought out to the smallest detail, it had everything we could possibly need. Clean bedding, dishes, and even a coffee maker. Everything worked perfectly, we had no problems during our 4 days in the forest. The road was long, but my husband the driver said that this motorhome drives very well. Thank you to the owners of this motorhome, they are very nice people, answered all our questions and left unforgettable memories in our hearts. I recommend this motorhome and its owners.

This was our first time using an RV. I was a little intimidated at first, but everything went smoothly and it was super fun! The kids loved it. The owners did a great job conjugating and explained things during pick up. Also responsive when I had questions during the trip. Well stocked with cookware. Would definitely book again!
