Super powerful solar + inverter cozy family rv

This rental was exactly what we expected! We’d read prior reviews and could tell some were likely from less experienced RVers (expecting the Four Seasons). We rented the RV for our 4-night Yosemite family trip and it worked out perfectly. The solar setup was excellent, we brought portable phone chargers since we planned to be out adventuring all day, but the solar kept the batteries nicely topped off. We ran the generator for about an hour a day and had zero issues. Loved the thoughtful touches like the outdoor mat and camp chairs. We usually travel with a trailer that’s too large for this campground, and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Jeff again when we want a smaller rig! This was an exceptional value when compared to other RV’s. Jeff was extremely accommodating for our pick up and drop off too!

Host is Evgeny Koptev who likes to be called Jeff. Which will explain What’s App correspondence messages. The RV was not fit for purpose. The ceiling leaked when it rained, which occurred over the bed. The generator malfunctioned. The RV was not water tight. Seals around the van coming away from the body due to poor maintenance. The RV was handed over needing a good wash and clean, dirty seats etc. When water leaks and generator problems reported to the host Jeff. during the trip, he showed absolutely no empathy, didn’t apologise and simply defensive. Not what you want on a vacation. The pick up handover was rushed and he was rude when we asked to query points. (Video evidence) The RV was old and tired with over 140,000 miles on it. And not maintained adequately for rental. I have uploaded photos taken at the time of collection that will provide an indication of what to expect from this host. It has been a nightmare. What Jeff, seems to fail to grasp is when you sell or hire a product. It is required to be fit for purpose. (Not for a very short handover ) His RV is absolutely not. Evidence to support. With regard to the ceiling leaking in rain , incredibly he said he gave the RV a good wash prior to handover and there was no problems. ( RV was dirty on collection) Almost suggesting the guest user has caused the leak ? How would that be, may be he believes you would climb onto the roof of the van and interfere with the ceiling vents ? And seals around the RV. (Which I had already documented on handover where inadequate) With regard to the generator he suggested it was fine on collection ? After a few minutes of running it? With little to no demand on it. Yet the problem occurs the longer you leave it on with appliances in use.
