The renter was involved in a hit-and-run incident and failed to report the resulting RV damage. Outdoorsy’s insurance investigation confirmed the renter was at fault. The renter became upset after being charged for the repair costs.

Renter’s plans changed last minute and they wanted to cancel their trip. They asked for a refund but it was not possible to issue one and they got upset.

We had the most incredible experience with this RV and Jeff (Evgeny). From the start he took the time to explain all the features of the RV and how to use them. He was courteous and spent time to answer any and every question we had. The RV was reliable and super easy to drive and operate throughout our trip. If we had any issues, Jeff was quick to respond to make sure everything was okay. This rv is great for beginners like ourselves and makes for a memorable trip!! Hand off was also very easy and transparent too. I couldn't recommend this RV/Jeff's service enough to other renters. We hope to rent again in the future. Thank you again!!

Host was very good. Easy to work with and made the pick up and drop off very easy. Would definitely recommend and use Jeff in the future. The only reason I rated 4 stars was because there is a little bit of wear and tear on the RV that weren’t in the photos. Also we are unable to use the awning which was explained to us why but would have been really nice at several camp grounds. Apart from that really good size for 2 + a baby! Thanks Jeff. See you next time

It was the renter’s first time booking an rv. They did not read the listing’s description of included amenities and were not not familiar with how rental platforms and vehicles operate.

RV had almost everything needed. All the systems worked. He explained everything we needed to know. No break downs or problems = great trip for us!! Great communicator.

From the very beginning of the booking, throughout our week vacation, all the way through the return of the RV, Jeff was AWESOME! My best friend and I put 800 miles on it in 7 days and to be 2 women 1600 miles away from home and totally unfamiliar with RVs, it went off without a hitch. The RV was easy to handle, clean, spacious, and so comfortable! I am very much looking forward to renting with Jeff again in the future!
