- Prep fee: $127.50. This fee covers: propane use, deep cleaning from previous renter, some cleaning supplies provided as well during stay (dish soap, sponge, cleaning wipes, 2 paper towels, and 2 toilet paper rolls)

Upon arriving at the campsite, Tom had our RV ready for us to enjoy. The RV was very clean. Tom’s commitment to customer service is exceptional. If you are considering renting an RV, please give Tom from MTRV a call. He will take care of you!

Daughter and I drove from NC to FL Keys. Tom was a terrific help! Was very knowledgeable about the trailer, showed me the ins and outs of it, and was extremely friendly!! Will definitely use him again!!
