While the camper was solid and gave us plenty of room, actually more than we needed, it was not clean when it was dropped off. My wife found a drawer in the refrigerator with moldy water. We spent an hour or so cleaning up. In addition, the pictures on the site did not reflect the current condition of the camper. I included pictures to show how the seats looked when we entered the camper. Fortunately we were camping with several friends and were hanging out at their camper most of the time.
Again, the camper was solid and everything functioned correctly. The stove and oven cooked the food well and the ac kept us cool when we were in the camper. The camper is solid but needs some TLC.

Pros - 1. The setup was done before we got there and it was "move-in" ready. 2. The shower was hot. 3. The living area was very nice and very well set up. 4. The outside mat was a huge help. 5. The awning was great.
Cons - 1. This is a big one - there seemed to be cat hair (or some other small pet hair) all over things. On the carpet in the slide-outs, under the cushions, and on the mattresses. When you walked around it socks, they would pick up the hair. Both my wife and I are allergic to cats so there was a lot of sneezing. 2. We booked this unit because the picture showed a king bed with a door for the main bedroom. It was a queen, and the door would not close. (apparently, in the write-up it said a queen but I read so many I must have missed it and I was relying on the pictures.) We did not order the linens package so I did email a few days before so we could pack the correct sheets, and the response I got was it was a queen in the front and twins everywhere else. It ended up being a queen in the front, a queen in the back and the fold-down sofa was a twin. Thankfully we had thrown in the king set just in case. 3. The bedroom door would not close. We were staying with extended family so this was a huge deal not to have a room with a door that could fully close. 4. The outdoor "kitchen" was unusable. The frig was nice, but the "Blackstone" was a rusted mess.
Again, as I said earlier, overall it was a nice experience and we will do it again. I will just do a better job reading to know the bed sizes. I will also know more about which questions to ask.
