Thomas at MTRV was AMAZING! This was our families 1st RV camping trip and we were complete nubies. He upgraded our camper to a newer model at no extra charge and took the time needed to orient us to it's amenities, systems and set up. He was promptly available when we had a problem and got right back to us. He was so helpful and professional and it made our trip a TOTAL success - we loved it and will be back for another trip soon. Great person to rent from, was available when needed answers for questions regarding camper, air condition stopped working the last night in the middle of the night, the owner was made aware so he can perform preventive maintenance. All together it was a wonderful trip. Macy didn’t really bother us too much because we are camping anyway, I did get a little bit warm but that’s the whole point of camping. We just opened the rooftop exhaust fans and enjoyed the rest of our trip.

Super easy check in process. Owner was very responsive & helpful throughout the vacation. Camper was the perfect size for our family of 3, could have easily fit more! Only "complaint" would be the thin mattress in the bunk room... but that's standard in a camper and would not prevent us from renting again. Overall great experience and loved the campground! Golf cart provided was much nicer than the standard golf carts you can rent at the campground. Would highly recommend.
