We will contact the renter for specific pick-up and drop-off times to put the agreed-upon times in the rental agreement. If you need to change the times, you must contact us at least 2 hours in advance first so we can agree on a new time. We offer a 15-minute grace period and then a late fee of $30/hour.We strive to create a 5 STAR rental experience through communication, customer service, and clean, well-maintained units.PLEASE BUDGET FOR 30-45 MINS FOR THE WALK-AROUND at both pick-up and drop-off.

- Prep fee: $195.50. Cleaning, preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental, includes washing all linens, towels, dishes, and cookware, wiping down all surfaces, and filling the propane tanks.

We had a great experience renting with Double S rentals as first time Rv renters. Shelley and Mike were thorough and had excellent communication with us the entire time. They were also flexible as we had a thunderstorm on both pickup and return days. The camper has everything a glamping trip should. My favorite…the instant hot water shower and quick to heat gas stove…it’s better than our own home! Also can’t leave out how clean it is with ample bedding/pillows/towels/cookware/dinnerware etc. Can’t wait to rent from them again.

Shelley was wonderful to work with. She communicated early and often. Her instructions on setting up the trailer were very helpful, and the supplies inside were everything we needed. I really appreciated her flexibility, as our pick up and drop off times were somewhat dependent on our activities.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible between the hours of 8am -7pm. We will discuss times in more detail after the booking is accepted and come up with something that works for both parties.
Q.Where can I dump the waste holding tanks if I’m not at a campground and don’t want’ to pay the dump fee?
A.
Most Love’s and Pilot Truck Stops have RV dump stations. Most Camping World locations also allow you to dump if they are open. Some welcome centers and rest areas have dump stations as well.
Q.How do I work the appliances?
A.
We have detailed videos on our YouTube Channel to help with how to operate all systems.
Q.Is propane provided?
A.
Yes, we provide 2-five gallon tanks full or nearly full of propane. Should the renter need more than that during the rental, they will be responsible to get them re-filled. Tractor Supply and most Love’s Truck Stops can fill propane tanks.
