Review summary
Unclear policies, hidden charges
Some renters faced unexpected charges (propane, cleaning), strict unlisted rules, and deposit issues, particularly regarding generator use and vehicle condition.
Drives well, mixed condition
While guests praised its driving, comfort, and AC, the RV had issues: a missing awning, smelly fridge/water, non-functional outlets, poor brake tuning, and critical maintenance/safety lapses.

4.0No awning, though listed. Fridge smelled as we started to cool it (possibly mold). Brakes needed tuning. Water line has mildew/bacteria and smells. A few of the outlets didn’t work. But overall we still enjoyed ourselves for our trip. Beds were comfortable, the a/c worked, and the fridge worked which was the most important things

5.0I really enjoyed renting from Ed & Hector. They’ve been most helpful! when I get in a bind at the campsite, they’ve been available to help me solve my dilemma
