Hector and Ed were so easy to work with. They were good communicators, good instructors for how to use it and they were flexible. The RV was clean and super functional! It was a 97-100 degree weekend and the Air Conditioning was amazing!! This was an upgrade to a Thor Vegas because the one we rented was not ready early. So this may be a mismatch photo to the listing I am reviewing. None the less, these guys were great to rent fun.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating, helpful and just genuinely good people. The RV was great and we had a great experience overall. Book with confidence these people are salt of the earth.

RV was beat up. Refrigerator was filthy. Description on outdoorsy says 4 camp chairs and awning. There was 1 chair and we were told only to use awning if there was no wind…We had unlimited generator hours and the host is telling us we went over allowed usage. Generator almost blew because the oil hasn’t been changed in god knows how long. We had to drive 100 miles round trip to get oil to replace it. The oil that came out was tar. No battery in smoke detector, expired non functioning fire extinguisher. And now ED is trying to tell me I ignored directions and restrictions on generator. We were never given instructions or restrictions. We have the whole video of pick up of RV on our phone. They allow pets and they are not giving security deposit back because there was pet debris everywhere. If you allow pets, wouldn’t you expect some hair and drool?
Would never rent from this man again. He’s the slumlord of RVs. Also, the oil change sticker was from 2023. It was not filthy and the debris was dog hair. One of the last pics is the one I took right before dropping it off. Very clean.
This is the message he sent me 2 days after dropping it off:
You were given specific instructions about the generator and you ignored them.
Everyone who has ever rented this has loved it and loved Hector. You are the exception.
You ran the generator far above the levels we allow. You also damaged the tire and left the vehicle filthy and full of pet debris.
I will be calling Outdoorsy and asking them to withold your deposit and offer you no discount. I have a strong feeling this is how you operate. Ignore instructions, abuse other peoples things then ask for a discount.
I will also recommend Outdoorsy ban you from the platform.
