We were a little hesitant using Outdoorsy since it was our first time, but this RV seemed to be perfect size and right along our travel route, so we decided to take the chance. Glad we did.
The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The owners made everything easy, they even provided a detailed inventory spreadsheet (down to Q-tips, towels, pillows, nail clippers etc), which helped us pack efficiently. They also provided a clear manual that set us up for success using the RV.

Laura's Minnie Winnie was perfect for the two us for our trip to Yellowstone. Laura was great to deal with, very helpful & communicative. We picked up the trailer just 2.5 hours from our campground at Canyon Village in YNP. Laura had everthing ready and was able to meet us a little early which gave us plenty of time to review the trailer's operation and get to our campsite. We really liked that the trailer had a large fridge and freezer, double kitchen sink, three burner stove, oven and microwave. Two ten gallon propane tanks was plenty for a twelve day rental. A 2000 watt Honda generator was included and proved to be useful for we were boondocking with no hookups. We also liked the semi walkaround queensized bed. All the linens, sheets and blankets were provided plus more.
