(Biscotti) Jet Style Sprinter- 9 Passenger

The truck ran well. 3 issues: 1) we weren't told we would not be allowed to use the bed as it was deactivated upon delivery. the reason cited was to protect the motor that reclines the bed. it would have been nice to use this feature. 2) roof leakage in the rain- we had water come in toward the back of the passenger compartment while in transit. we also had water come in to the front cabin passenger side twice after being parked in the rain. 3) the ABS/check engine light came on when in transit on the way home. this disabled the cruise control and also reading the manual says that safety in breaking could have been compromised. for the amount of money you pay, you would want everything to run in tip-top shape. the van was obviously a little older with 160,000 miles on it. It would be nice to know this prior to booking. with that being said, the delivery was seamless, the staff support excellent and I would definitely rent again.

RV came as advertised. It was clean and ran great. This was my first RV rental and our host, Jonathan, answered all my questions promptly before I booked. I definitely plan to do this again and will recommend others to give an RV trip a try.

Jonathan was great and helpful. The process was smooth and easy. The van was clean and comfortable for my 5 person party, including my pregnant wife. Only complaints was difficulty communicating between the cabins (maybe an intercom would do the trick here somehow) and the TV speakers being on the partition wall made it so that if you played the TV at a moderate volume, it blasted out the drivers cabin, even with the partition closed. Would definitely consider using them again. Thanks!
