Amazing timely and responsive customer service. Adjusted to our plans with delivery/pick up and gave a helpful tutorial on the sprinter van features. We had a smooth,comfortable, and safe road trip to graduation. A game changer for family trips- feels fun and adventurous-esp if wish to avoid the airport.
