As first time renters we found the process from beginning to end was very easy, the camper was perfect size, looked brand new and was very comfortable. Towing it to our camping location was also very easy, as it is lightweight and not a burden to pull with our truck. The hookup at the campground was simple- very self explanatory. Dropping it off was simple too!
