We couldn't get the microwave to work or the outdoor fridge. The inside fridge was to cold & froze my vegetables. We could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. Could use a few coffee cups. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed having the use of the oven for our lobster casserole. Great experience overall.

The rental process was easy and well managed. The RV was just as pictured and expected. Michael was a considerate host and easy to work with. He even had a serviceman meet us at our final destination to work on a repair. There were a number of small things that were damaged inside the RV that the host pointed out or that we didn't notice until after we were on the road, but they did not impact our trip. We understood they were not able to be repaired as we had gotten the RV just after it had been returned and we knew it was going out again as soon as we returned it. It may be helpful to have a little more lag time between rentals to keep up with any necessary repairs. Other than that, I would recommend Outdoorsy and First Class RVs to anyone.

we had trouble with the refrigerator & the generator. Kevin tried to fix the problem but it consisted all week. We are experienced campers & we dealt with it. We will book again next year
