We didn’t understand why the rig had a tv and Windgard antenna system that did not work! A briefing on that would have been nice. Thanksgiving Day football was important! Ideally, staff would come by on the day of delivery or next day to answer questions. We enjoyed the stay overall. Thanks!

4.0Nice camper just had a few issues. Need to replace mattress pad it had several stains on it. Sand on the floors when we arrived. Did not have the cleaning supplies that were mentioned. Had to clean shower before we used it.

5.0The entire process was super easy and our little family had a wonderful vacation. The RV we picked was beautiful and perfect size for 2 adults and 2 littles (Arcadia).
