2.0Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the RV as much as we would’ve liked. Late delivery, dirty, no dump hose, AC took 4+ hrs to cool off even slightly, we had to send our infant son home with family because he broke out in a heat rash… it’s unfortunate

5.0Had an incredible trip in Chris' Thor ACE and would highly recommend renting this RV. We took the RV 1300+ miles around several of the Utah national parks and the Grand Canyon and it was reliable throughout. Brand new, beautiful vehicle that is easy (and fun) to drive as advertised. Chris is a great host as well; he was always quick to respond to any questions we had prior to or during the trip and checked in several times to make sure we were doing well. He shared several informational videos prior to the trip that provided clear instructions on all tasks related to the RV (dumping tanks, extending/retracting sides, jacks, etc.) that were helpful to watch ahead of time but also served as useful references once we were on the road. Notes: - RV is 12'2" (can pass through the tunnel from Zion --> Bryce) - Refill gas at Costco if you can to save $$$; the Las Vegas Costco also has a propane refuel center you can use to fill the propane tank before returning the RV - There are several RV parks in Las Vegas you can use to empty the tanks before returning the RV (typically a $5 fee) - We had a party of 7; even without being hooked up to a water source, with a full tank of water there was enough for us all to take quick showers with warm water (just be sure to turn water off while washing) Again, had an incredible experience with the RV and really enjoyed taking it around on an unforgettable trip. Highly recommend this vehicle and renting through Chris!!!
