I had a fantastic experience renting from Chris! He was super communicative and always available to answer any questions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The RV itself was great—nice, easy to drive, and the huge slide-out feature really made it feel incredibly spacious inside. We've used RVs with slide-outs before, but this was our first time enjoying such a big space, and it made a huge difference in comfort. Overall, everything went really well, and I would highly recommend renting from Chris!

Christopher was an absolute all star RV host and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The RV really made our family trip one to remember. Will definitely rent from Christopher next time we get the inkling to adventure again! 10/5 stars!!

Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the RV as much as we would’ve liked. Late delivery, dirty, no dump hose, AC took 4+ hrs to cool off even slightly, we had to send our infant son home with family because he broke out in a heat rash… it’s unfortunate

The vehicle was perfect for our 4-member family trip! It is a very easy-to-drive RV and driving feels really good. Inside is spacious and well equipped. First I worried 26.6 inches may be small for our family but the space was wide after the slideout is expanded. There were couple of issues with the RV, which were mostly non-major.
The only issue was the owner. Chris is a busy guy. He responded within an hour but the answers were just perfunctory or superficial. Communications were not always pleasant and sometimes frustrating.

Had an incredible trip in Chris' Thor ACE and would highly recommend renting this RV. We took the RV 1300+ miles around several of the Utah national parks and the Grand Canyon and it was reliable throughout. Brand new, beautiful vehicle that is easy (and fun) to drive as advertised. Chris is a great host as well; he was always quick to respond to any questions we had prior to or during the trip and checked in several times to make sure we were doing well. He shared several informational videos prior to the trip that provided clear instructions on all tasks related to the RV (dumping tanks, extending/retracting sides, jacks, etc.) that were helpful to watch ahead of time but also served as useful references once we were on the road.

Beautiful RV. Very easy to drive. Lots of space for storage, etc. Chris was very easy to work with and we had a fantastic trip.

This RV looks too old for a 2020 car. Several items were broken, like the fans on the ceiling, drawers; the fridge door was almost impossible to open. Some doors for storage are not working. The sewer hose is tough to use, I guess it is a factory defect, but it hurts. Everything was too dirty, and we spend a couple of hours cleaning everything up. An Android tablet controls the entire system. Every day it got disconnected, and we needed to unplug the car off the power and reboot the tablet. Sometimes it occurred during the night, and I needed to go out to unplug the car. All equipment (heater, AC, water heater, etc.) stops working when it occurs. The owner was kind and helped me to work on it. But these items need to be fixed to avoid annoying future renters. There is no wifi. There is no exterior storage for any travel bag. Tiny car because the project is not good. Everything is noisy when driving.

You can 100% tell by his complaints as he talks about how there is no storage! I’m not The manufacture Thor is ( please see the picture that it’s a SMALL RV with limited storage) If he took the time to view the videos he would have known the unit has limited space. It would not accommodate the excessive luggage (6 suitcases!) he brought along-and I told him this at the onset. As to his complaint the unit is noisy, it’s obvious he’s never been in a RV like this before. I didn’t manufacture the unit Hugo call them to complain about noise! You were obviously never been in a RV! This is not a luxury automobile!! I guarantee if you were to put your house on four wheels and drive at 70 miles an hour it would be loud LOL

Had a great time renting this nice RV! Everything worked and was easy to use. Chris responded quickly to the few questions we had. We would definitely rent this unit again.
