This grand design solitude bunk house 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath sleeps 6 people comfortably and gives you all the comforts of home. Just let us know where you'd like to go and we will deliver and set up the rig for you!Camping in the summer? No problem! 2 A/C units are ready to cool you down!
Winter camping? Again, no problem! Central heat will keep you nice and toasty. Also, try the electric fireplace heater while watching your favorite movies in the living space.Master bedroom has king size bed stocked with fresh bedding and extra blankets, TV with DVD player ready to watch your favorite movies.Master bath includes a full sized shower and includes shampoo, conditioner and soaps needed.Bunk room has 3 sleeping spaces that can comfortably sleep 3. Small table located under bunk for the kids to play games or color!Half bath is located near the bunk room.The recliners in the living space are so comfortable!

IT IS RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE RV WILL FIT IN YOUR RENTED CAMPING SPOT - RV IS 42FT LONG AND HAS 4 SLIDE OUTS

• 30 minutes before showering or needing hot water, be sure to turn on the electric water heater that's located in the control panel. Its the button that says ELECTRIC
Toilet use- Anytime TP is used. Flush the waste then flush an additional 10 seconds. *Also only flush the RV toilet paper that is provided. There are towels in the main bathroom cabinet.
Awnings During high winds, we ask that you keep awnings closed.
Front awning has a small rip. We are in the process of getting it replaced. Both are fine to use as long as you are able to monitor winds and bring them in when winds pick up, typically by evening time if in Temecula. If you are leaving the RV, please bring awnings in.
Main Bedroom-Please keep closet door open. We will close it at check out. The door is tricky so to save you frustration, we'll take care of it.
Washer/dryer unit is NOT to be used. All beds have mattress covers on them and all bedding is freshly washed.
Kitchen comes supplied with an electric griddle, electric frying pan, kuerig coffee maker, French press, small crock pot, electric water kettle, eating utensils, a small frying pan, small pot , mixing bowls and there are some cupcake pans in the oven.
Heating and Cooling
Most nights or cool evenings the electric fireplace heats up the RV pretty well. On colder nights, you'll wanna use the central heat (gas)
Cooling the RV will be similar. Set to COOL LO or HI and set your desired temp. The same applies to the bedroom AC.
The electrical fuse box is located in the lower cabinet by front door. Absolutely no walking on the roof. When checking out, please make sure that all trash is emptied, dishes are cleaned and put away. Towels that have been used can be left on the shower floor.
Do not attempt to empty the black or grey tanks, we will take care of that.
