Setup Fee = $150 and includes setup, breakdown and grey/black tank dumping.No pets and no smoking allowed. We also don't allow the cooking of raw seafood or shell fish as well as bacon inside the trailer.Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions.What's includedWe provide almost everything that's needed aside from food. We have a Keurig on board so if you're a coffee drinker please bring along some K-Cups of your choice. These rules are just as much for us as they are for fellow renters.

5First time in a RV and it was a great time. It had everything we needed. I even asked for towels and they brought some. Brandon and Nick were great! Easy to get ahold of and quick response. I slept like a baby, I usually have a hard time sleeping. We will see them again and try a different model.

5Rented this for Christmas at Vail Lake. What a great experience! The RV was clean and super nice. The king size bed and bedding were amazingly soft and comfortable. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Thanks Brendon for delivery and setup! Will definitely will rent this trailer again!

5Our trip was great and the trailer rental was easy! They did delivery/hook ups/pick up. All we had to do was show up! The renter was very easy to work with and had no problem answering questions before and during our stay. The trailer was nice and well kept. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend this renter to my friends and family.

5Brendon was absolutely amazing. The trailer was nicer then what we expected. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. This is a luxury RV and my wife now loves camping with this trailer. Will rent from Brendon in our next trip.
