Please ask if you want to know if we have something.The unit is stored Near Clinton and Perry Lakes. I also can bring it to my home in Kansas City by the Racetrack.What's includedA complete walk through and my 24/7 on call service. This thing is brand spanking new. We will be adding extras over the next few weeks.Try to find a campsite with a 30A hook up.I can Supply Towels and Linens if you would like. For and additional fee.I understand if you want to bring your own linens.We have plenty of cooking items as well.We also have outdoor cooking supplies such as a flat top grill.Please ask if you want some other outdoor items as we may have the things you need.RecommendationsClinton Lake. The canopy is not to be open during a windy day.Conserve propane by turning the Water heater off at night or while your gone during the day. Its a 6 gallon tank and only takes minutes to heat up.

Previous to our rental date Jim was in great communication and was extremely pleasant to interact with. That made our entire trip go smoothly. We opted for delivery and set up done by Jim. He was easy to coordinate with and flexible with our changing schedule. The unit itself was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and most importantly (for us in July in the Midwest) the unit stayed cool the entire time!! The unit was stocked with necessities but I am an over packer and brought most all our own items. I could have packed way less as the unit had truly what was needed. I highly recommend renting from Jim!!

Absolutely wonderful! Jim was amazing and not only helped us with anything we needed with the camper but he helped us find a good campground and anything else we needed. My wife is not a camping person at all and is a neat freak. She LOVED the camper and really enjoyed herself. When the heat and bugs were too much for her she went inside the camper listened to her relaxing music on the speakers and just relaxed. It was win win for both of us. We will definitely be renting from Jim the next time we go his way. Thank you Jim!
