Absolutely wonderful! Jim was amazing and not only helped us with anything we needed with the camper but he helped us find a good campground and anything else we needed. My wife is not a camping person at all and is a neat freak. She LOVED the camper and really enjoyed herself. When the heat and bugs were too much for her she went inside the camper listened to her relaxing music on the speakers and just relaxed. It was win win for both of us. We will definitely be renting from Jim the next time we go his way. Thank you Jim!

Very pleased with this RV rental. Worked great for us. I would like to focus more on the customer service provided by Jim, the owner. He was so kind to deliver on Easter Sunday and do a complete setup for us. We were attending a show and had previously arranged a parking spot. Due to logistic complications, the park was not providing the spot that I was assured. Jim called me to explain what was going on and assured me that he would not leave until we get a spot. He delivered and got me the best spot in the area. During the week I had to empty the gray water tank and had no idea how to (I'm new at this), Jim explained to me how to do it over the phone and sent me videos. I was still unsure and did not want to mess things up. The following morning, he gave me a visit to help me with the issue. This RV is not only new and accommodating, but it also comes with Jim, a nice person willing to give a helping hand. ...Thanks Jim.
