For the adventure of a lifetime, "The Rooster" is perfect for your trip starting from Las Vegas, Nevada! It’s a mechanically sound, super clever camper build that’s ideal for stealth city camping, national park adventures, and everything in between. Here’s why: it’s fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Sheets, blankets, towels, cookware, cutlery, lighting, refrigerator, sink, outdoor shower, fans and vents, stove, hammock, lawn chairs, awning, French press, great lighting, blackout privacy curtains, fans, and more! It's ALL included. I've set this bad boy up to be exactly what I take when I'm personally out adventuring.Just bring your toothbrush and hiking shoes. If you want to bring more, the massive roof box on top and storage cubbies inside will keep your gear safely stowed away when not in use. There's even a solar powered battery bank and inverter to charge your gadgets, which means you don't need expensive 'RV' sites at campgrounds.Speaking of savings... at ~24mpg, you'll get double the gas mileage vs. other campers. This van is absolutely ideal for exploring the incredible National parks and sights surrounding Vegas... take it from a lifelong Las Vegas local and fellow adventurer!I make it as easy as possible for you and offer comprehensive video tutorials and a written PDF manual. That way, you can learn how every feature works prior to arrival. Simply show up (any time of day or night), grab the keys from the lockbox, and hit the ground running. For questions, there's an extensive FAQ on my website and we offer world-class support (just see the reviews on all of my vans... they're all exactly the same, btw, so check those if your dates aren't available). The Rooster seats and sleeps two people. (Sorry, there are not belts in the back couch).Discounts offered for longer trip durations! Plug in your dates and see your savings!**No dirt road travel is allowed with this vehicle and doing so will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Short dirt campground roads (less than 1 mile) to your campground are fine.Go for an awesome adventure with The Rooster or see my profile for reviews and more available vans. What's includedFresh linens (including convertible sleeping bag that can be a double or singles), sheets, 2 towels, 2 pillows (with pillow cases), and blanket (2 in winter). Great lighting options and privacy curtains. You'll also get 2 camping chairs, portable table, portable fan (in summer), portable propane heater (in winter), ceiling fan, awning, roof storage box, step stool, stove and fuel, phone mount, Bluetooth speaker, fairy lights, refrigerator, outdoor shower, dishes, pot, pan, kettle, silverware, cutlery, corkscrew/bottle opener, Aeropress coffee maker, instant coffee packets, tea, cutlery, salad tongs, spatula, stove, stove fuel, flashlight, headlamp, lantern, paper towels, cleaning spray, toilet paper, salt and pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, lighter, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, and brush and dustpan, trash bags, first aid kit, jumper cables, windshield reflector... whew!! Literally, everything you need to just show up with your camera, clothes and a toothbrush. RecommendationsThis Las Vegas camper van rental is perfect for Zion, Arches, Grand Staircase Escalante, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Lake Mead, Lake Havasu, and more. Also in reach are Moab, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, and California beaches. I recommend the Campendium, Recreation.gov, HipCamp, HarvestHosts, and 'The Dyrt' apps to find campgrounds. Other things to note- You'll get a full set of training videos and PDF manual prior to arrival. I do require that you watch those and pass a short safety quiz prior to your trip. This prevents accidental damage and allows you to grab the keys and go.

Communication with the host went well for us. It was all through the Outdoorsy app messages and my personal email. They were very polite and thoughtful in their communication which I really appreciate as this process can be overwhelming for most. The van itself had everything 2 people could need while out on the road. The tires were wore down pretty good so we were not comfortable driving in the rain. Avoid dirt roads! Linens are washed with scented detergent so beware if you have alergies and maybe contact host for alternative detergent. I would recommend bringing environmentally friendly dish soap (Dr. Bronners). Other than these few things, we had no issues with this Van or the company. I would recommend this company to anyone roadtripping from Las Vegas. 4 stars because the tires.

Q.How do I avoid extra fees?
A.
Easy! Simply follow the checkout procedures we'll send you the day before your return. Be mindful of your mileage and leave it as you found it with full tanks, no damage, and nothing broken or missing and you'll be good to go with no extra charges! I don't want to charge you for those things! :)
Q.What are pickup and drop off times?
A.
Pickup is strictly 3pm or later. Drop off is 11am or earlier. Please add the early pickup/dropoff option to add up to 4 hours to your pickup and/or dropoff time. Anything more requires an extra night's rental.
Q.Can I watch a full video tour of the van?
