This 2600RB Grand Design is a great unit for a weekend away, a trip down the coast, or exploring the National Parks! The unit has a queen bed perfect for two but can sleep up to four will the pullout sofa.The “RB” in the model’s name refers to the “Rear Bath”. The bathroom area provides lots of elbow room and is considered huge compared to other trailers. You can also access the bathroom and kitchen without putting the slide out which is perfect for those travel days. There is lots of comfort through this spacious layout due to the one-bedroom and pull-out sofa you can hide during the day. It really makes it the perfect unit for a couple or a family of four.The living area includes the dinette, kitchen, and sofa area surrounded by large windows which provide wonderful natural light. If you prefer a more private space, all the windows do have shades. The living room area provides a comfy sofa that you can convert into a bed when needed. The TV with DVD player is located across from the sofa for a fun movie night.The kitchen comes equipped with 3 burner gas stove/oven, microwave, sink with everything you might need for your cooking and dining needs, including a french press, tea kettle, cups, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cookie sheet, cutting board, cutting knives and more.The bedroom provides you with a walk-around queen bed with power outlets and closets on either side of the bed. The unit has a gas stove, oven, and microwave built-in. You’ll also find plenty of pots, pans, knives, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, and utensils. Basically, you bring the food.Delivery: We do offer delivery within a limited 70-mile radius for an additional fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on having us deliver the unit to you! NOTE: Delivery to the Dash Point State Park is free, but you are responsible for reserving a space.Sanitation: Please, nothing in the toilet except “the usual” and the provided RV toilet paper. - Make sure to dump the black and gray water tanks before you leave the RV park or campground, or stop at a WA State rest area and dump the tanks. Empty the black tank first. After everything has drained from the black tank, empty the gray tank. If they are not empty, the renter will be charged a fee to empty the black and gray tanks.
- No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc.
- Parking Tickets: You are responsible to disclose any tolls, red light tickets or parking tickets to owners at the time you return the RV. If we receive any tolls, tickets or fees related to your rental, a $70 administration fee plus the cost of the bill for EACH invoice will be charged to you.
- We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID.
- We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning, but advise using caution! This is for your own protection, because they are NOT COVERED by insurance and they are very expensive to repair or replace if damaged.Clean-Up Required by Renter:
- Remove all garbage and recycling
- Strip beds of sheets. Place sheets and towels in the shower; leave comforter/duvet cover/mattress pad on the bed
- Empty the fridge & freezer of your items
- Wipe down all surfaces (including toilet) of any spills and debris
- Sweep the entire cabin, and wipe up any muddy or other residues from the floor.

We had an amazing experience renting from Megan and Jay! The RV was fully stocked with everything we needed for a great camping trip at Alta Lake. Megan and Jay were incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions, both before and during the trip. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend renting from them!
