Family Getaway

We had a great time using this camper. Easy to pull and operate, with a very clean interior. Aaron was a great host and very helpful during handoffs.

So, Aaron was Waiting for us when we arrived, we did the walk around and everything seemed fine until we got to the hitch for the truck. The hitch would be adjusted but Aaron didn't have the tools to do that. He Insinuate that he didn’t know what to do and that he might have to cancel the reservation. Which is rejected and said that was not possible as we were meeting my family hours away and only had this to stay in. I had to recommend he got by the wrenches to fix the issue. He did go and get them as we had to leave to eat while he was doing so. During the adjustment he hit my 1-year-old truck bumper like 10 times and also hit and scritches the tailgate with the wrench. I think the biggest issue is that he kept hitting it and acting like it was not a big deal. I had to on multiple occasions say, hey stop doing that. After that we finally got on the road, during our stay we needed to dump the gray water but it was missing the release handle so I tried to get hold of him multiple times with no response. He actually never responded until we got back in town and only sent an apology via text the day after the return. I know he lost his phone but assured us he had his wife’s phone and would help us if we needed it. Aaron seemed like a nice guy but needs to really work on a few things to make the process much more pleasant.

Aaron was responsive and RV was well stocked. Our family of 4 had a great trip to Lake Wenatchee, and would rent again.

Aaron did a great job getting our trailer to our site on time, getting it all set up and explaining all the details of operation. We will certainly use Aaron in the future.
