4.0I enjoyed my trip, RV was comfortable. What I did not like was the Crappy treatment of your offices telling me that they would not accept my drivers license and to send them a photo of my credit card and my passport if I wanted to keep the insurance I was forced to buy. This involved 4 hours of messages and phone calls (3 to 7pm), harassing me even after I had picked up the RV at 3:30pm. At first I felt your service would be a good thing, but your harassment has me convinced that I will not use it again. I’ve rented vehicles all over the Country with no hassle, but not with Outdoorsy.
