Most of the RV systems worked great. Had an issue with the auto leveling jacks. Probably bad sensor. Issue came up 4 hours into the road trip. Alarm began sounding because it thought jacks weren’t fully raised.

Great experience. The RV itself is on the older side, but that’s clearly stated in the add and everything functioned appropriately. Hosts were great to work with and very open and easy to communicate with. Would rent again 100%

I enjoyed my trip, RV was comfortable. What I did not like was the Crappy treatment of your offices telling me that they would not accept my drivers license and to send them a photo of my credit card and my passport if I wanted to keep the insurance I was forced to buy. This involved 4 hours of messages and phone calls (3 to 7pm), harassing me even after I had picked up the RV at 3:30pm. At first I felt your service would be a good thing, but your harassment has me convinced that I will not use it again. I’ve rented vehicles all over the Country with no hassle, but not with Outdoorsy.

We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there were kitchen pots, pans, and silverware! It also was very clean and everything worked! The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed meeting them too.

Owners are friendly and helpful and reasonable. The RV matched the description- it’s on the older side but everything works and it’s clean. No bed linens, pillows, or towels are provided. Pretty sparse on the dishes and cooking implements too, but enough for two people.
