• Rules of the Road – Mile High Glamp-tastic Style We’re all about good vibes and great adventures, but a few ground rules help keep this rig road-ready for everyone. Please review the do’s and don’ts before hitting the road: 🚭 No Smoking Inside Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. If it smells like smoke when it comes back, a cleaning fee will apply. 🧼 Clean & Respectful Return We don’t expect perfection, but please return the RV clean and tidy—just like you found it. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive messes. 🚗 Brake Controller Required If you’re towing, a brake controller is required by law. Let us know if you don’t have one—we may be able to provide a wireless unit. 🛑 Drive Safe & Smart No speeding, off-roading, or extreme terrain. No tailgating, festivals, or unauthorized rentals. This is a home, not a monster truck. ⛽ Fuel & Propane Return the rig with the same level of fuel and propane it had when you picked it up. A refill fee will apply if it’s low. 🚿 Tank Duty Please empty the black and gray water tanks before return. 🕰️ Timely Pickup & Drop-Off We’re flexible within reason, but late returns without communication will result in a late fee. Just keep us in the loop! 🧭 Adventure On! Treat this RV with the same care you’d give your own. Respect the space, the road, and the journey—and you’re guaranteed a glamp-tastic experience.
