Hey there! We are David and Brandon —a couple of dads, friends, and lifelong lover of the outdoors. Whether it's road-tripping to the mountains, camping under the stars, or grilling up something delicious next to a lake, We believe some of the best memories are made around a campfire or on the open road, which is why we're excited to share our RV with others looking to create their own adventures. Worst experience I've ever had renting. I showed up at the pre-determined time, the renter asked me if I had a weight distribution hitch. I do not as I don't own a trailer. He stated he lost it after the last renter dropped off the trailer and would go buy another one. I had a tight deadline and did not have time to wait around for him to buy the hitch and set it up. We agreed to cancel the rental. That's all fine. I called Outdoorsy and told them, they stated everything would be fine once they talked to the renter. Two weeks later I called Outdoosey and they stated they never received a response from the renter. Because of this, a simple refund is now needing to be escalated. If it was the hitch alone, I would have walked away disapointed, but understanding. To both fail on the hitch and also be unresponsive about a refund for two weeks is totally unacceptable. Ruined my weekend, now ruining my day realizing I have to fight for something very simple.
