All of our families needs with the communication and the customer service was absolutely amazing and professional. Shelly made sure that my family and I had the best experience. She was very quick to respond to any type of concern we had. She is extremely friendly and she goes above and beyond to make sure that the renters are pleased. There is no one else we will rent with besides double S rentals. Thank you Shelley for all you did for us to make our trip so special!
