Retract awning during the slightest of windy conditions, if you are not in direct eyesight of it, and while camper is in motion.* No climbing on top of the roof.* We ask that you empty all grey and black water holding tanks before return, or we can do it for an additional fee.* No smoking inside camper.* Please empty all trash, take personal items and food prior to return, and leave the camper broom-swept clean.Customer service is important to us, we will try our best to work with the pick-up and drop-off times that are convenient for our renters. If you need to change the times, you must contact us at least 2 hours in advance first so we can agree on a new time. 5I usually pick up and tow my rentals, but this trailer was a little bigger than I was comfortable towing, so I had it delivered. The experience was amazing. Trailer was there and set up when we arrived at our campsite. Shelly was great. She explained all the features of the trailer and left her number if we had any issues. We did have an issue so I texted her and she called me right away to help me solve my issue. Trailer was fully stocked and very clean. She arrived right on time for to pick up the trailer. Again, she was professional and efficient going through the checklist to get us on our way. I will be renting from Double S Rentals again!!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible between the hours of 8am -7pm. We will discuss times in more detail after the booking is accepted and come up with something that works for both parties.

Where can I dump the waste holding tanks if I’m not at a campground and don’t want to pay the dump fee?
A.
Most Love’s and Pilot Truck Stops have RV dump stations. Most Camping World locations also allow you to dump if they are open. Some welcome centers and rest areas have dump stations as well.

How do I set up the camper and work the appliances?
A.
We have detailed videos on our YouTube Channel to help with all systems, and you can call or text us at any time.

Is propane provided?
A.
Yes, we provide 2 tanks full or nearly full of propane. Should the renter need more than that during the rental, they will be responsible to get them re-filled. Tractor Supply and most Love’s Truck Stops can fill propane tanks.
