All campers come with fitted sheets and waterproof mattress covers unless a full linen package is added. Be sure to pack your own if a linen package hasn’t been purchased. What is your smoking policy?

🚭 No Smoking/Vaping All units are strictly smoke- and vape-free (tobacco, e-cigs, marijuana). No greasy cooking inside, and please park away from bonfire smoke. Any signs of smoke, grease, or strong odors will result in a $500 deposit charge—no exceptions. Thanks for keeping our RVs clean and fresh for the next guests!

Do I need to clean up my own mess?

🧼 Keep It Tidy Yes! Please leave the camper as clean as you received it—just a quick sweep, wipe down & trash removal is great! We provide cleaning supplies, broom & vacuum. Avoid a $100 cleaning fee by giving it a little love before departure. 💛 We do a deep cleaning prior to each rental, but we ask that you wash your dishes, wipe surfaces, clean the fridge, microwave & remove all trash, food & personal items. Thanks for helping us keep it fresh & making things a little easier for us!

🌤️ Awning Use Unfortunately, we no longer allow awning use due to several cases of damage & our unit being out of service. IF we allow it with an additional deposit, Please know that it is a minimum of $2500 to fix/replace, plus the time that our unit is being serviced. *Please retract the awning at night & during wind or rain to prevent damage. Always pitch one corner slightly to avoid water pooling. Awnings are not built for wind, rain or storms—If you're not under it, retract it!
